RETURN POLICY

Currently we do not offer returns. However, we do offer exchanges for full price items only within 14 days for unwashed & unworn apparel only but you will be charged for the return shipping and the re-ship fee. Please note that if we do not have your exchange size in stock, you will receive store credit instead. If an item arrives damaged you may contact me for a replacement within 14 days of delivery (in most cases, we will require a photo of the damaged item). Returns/exchanges are NOT accepted on sale items. Only in some cases will store credit be awarded for sale items.

In order to reduce your costs, please double check your sizes when you order. Many of the apparel items on this site are unisex sizes.

Packages that go missing via USPS will be offered store credit (no refunds) or a replacement after 30 days of no movement via the USPS tracking website.

We offer digital proofs for custom orders in order to catch any and all problems. If there are problems that occur, I will work with you to correct them. If you are unsatisfied with a print or if there is a spelling error, you may have it reprinted/corrected at your own cost. Please be careful to read over every proof to prevent this from happening. After approval of your proof, your sale will be final. No refunds or revisions can be made at that time. Personalized designs will be deleted from my archives after 2 weeks unless stated.

By purchasing my digital products, you agree to use it for personal use only and not distribute and/or sell it to other persons and/or businesses.

If you are submitting professional photographs you agree that you are the photographer or have obtained a release of copyright from the photographer.

Please remember that color varies on monitors and printers and can never be truly matched.
